Crab & Cheese Dip

2 (6oz.) cans crab meat, drained
1 T. prepared Horseradish
2 T. capers, coarsely chopped
1 tsp. lemon zest, grated
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 T. fresh lemon juice
1/2 c. mayonnaise
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
1 c. cheddar cheese, grated

Preheat oven to 350º. In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients, except cheese. Spread into a 9-inch pie plate. Top with cheese and bake for 15 minutes; finish by placing under broiler for 3 minutes to brown.
Serves 6.
